We have built our reputation on the basis of friendly expert advice, a great range, customer service and our very competitive everyday prices. As our strap line suggests lorimers4cricket.co.uk is run by cricketers with over 50 years of playing at first class through to coaching. OK, it might be a play on words but in real terms it means that you receive expert friendly advice and customer service from cricketers and coaches who both understand and care about your cricket needs and equipment requirements.

You will find all the big names here.....and some exciting new and specialist ones including Gray-Nicolls, Kookaburra, Gunn & Moore, Dukes and Newbery, Asics, Masuri, Puma, Adidas and our own in house brand lorimers-cricket

We are one of the very few online cricket specialists that regularly update our range and stock holding to reflect as accurately as humanly possible current and forward availability. We do not knowingly display any products in our online store that are not available at the time of ordering, apart from those with pre-order date tags alongside the add to basket button.
 
Making A Purchase 

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and click on 'Add to Basket'. You will be asked to confirm the ordered item is correct. You can check and amend your purchases at any time by clicking on 'check basket' button before completing your order. You can then continue shopping or if you are finished, click on the 'checkout' button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
 
We accept Switch, Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo, Electron and Mastercard where payment can be made by simply dialing our trained staff on 01388 459128.
 
We also accept payment by Pay Pal.



On returning cricket bats due to any breakage the bat will be inspected and then forwarded to the manufacturer for their inspection and wait for them to contact us with their assessment whether it be repair or replace.
This depends on use, quality of cricket balls used and age of bat. We stand by their decision as being final whether it be free of repair, replacement (same or greater in value) or charging for services.

Please note: myCLUB garments are bespoke items with printed and/or embroidered badges/logos, and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If you are unsure of sizing for any garment, please ask a member of staff. 
 
Please note that due to changes in manufacturers’ specifications from time to time designs, colours and colour trims may vary slightly from those displayed online.
 
Shipping And Handling

We acknowledge orders within 1 working day. Our warehouse working times are 9-5 mon-fri, therefore out of these hours, no picking or shipping of orders to be dispatched will be handled


Delivery Schedule 

We aim to dispatch all order as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times can vary, and can all be found while checking out your basket. Equipment orders should take 3-5 working days for delivery. myCLUB clothing delivery estimates can be found on the myCLUB page. 
 
Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to the card billing name and address.
 
Back Orders

In the event that your item(s) is temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will be given the option of a similar alternative product or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we forward your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made in completing your order in full.
 
Guarantee

We guarantee your total satisfaction. All of our products (excluding Bespoke Club Clothing) come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period). This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in its original packaging and excludes any postage costs incurred, which are your responsibility.
 
Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility is only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.

Privacy Policy 

lorimers4cricket do not disclose customer information to third parties. Cookies (small packets of data) are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item and to help you retain your address details on your own computer to save your time on future visits to us (but then only if you choose this option at the checkout).
We never e-mail existing customers with new product news and offers. We promise not to sell or divulge your information to any direct mail or other mailing list companies.
 
Returns Policy for Equipment

We offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour. We offer either an exchange of goods or a total refund, providing that the goods have not been used, are returned in their original packaging and that you meet the cost of any additional postage incurred in completing the return and if applicable, any exchange. We suggest for your own security, that you use a recorded delivery service for any goods that you return to us and use the Goods Return note included with your order. If a number of items are purchased and returned and the value of the order is below £75.00 the refund returned back to the customer will have the postage deducted from the item or items kept by the buyer. Returns are only accepted up to 14 days after purchase. 

Shortages in orders and damage in transit must be notified to the Company and the carriers not later than two days after receipt of goods. These claims must be in writing. Failure to do so within the seven-day period relieves the company and couriers of any responsibility.

Returns policy for myCLUB bespoke items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on bespoke clothing items purchased from our myCLUB section that are printed or embroidered with any club logos or sponsors. Please accept our apologies in advance. 

Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.
 
Remittance Terms 

We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro, Electron, Delta or Solo cards or by cheque in the post (payable to Peter Lorimer Sports please). We do not use live online payment providers - we only charge your card when your order is dispatched.
