We are one of the very few online cricket specialists that regularly update our range and stock holding to reflect as accurately as humanly possible current and forward availability. We do not knowingly display any products in our online store that are not available at the time of ordering, apart from those with pre-order date tags alongside the add to basket button.
Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our catalogue and click on any items that you wish to buy and click on 'Add to Basket'. You will be asked to confirm the ordered item is correct. You can check and amend your purchases at any time by clicking on 'check basket' button before completing your order. You can then continue shopping or if you are finished, click on the 'checkout' button. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete your order.
We accept Switch, Maestro, Delta, Visa, Solo, Electron and Mastercard where payment can be made by simply dialing our trained staff on 01388 661370
We also accept payment by Pay Pal.
Any back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may if you prefer, send your credit card information separately via fax or by mail by selecting this option at the checkout.
Returns are only accepted after 14 days of purchase and we must be notified in writing by email or letter to approve authorisation within 7 days. We do our best to offer a fast reliable service - all we ask is you treat us with the respect that we give you our customer.
On returning cricket bats due to breakage the bat will be inspected and then forwarded to the manufacturer for their inspection and wait for them to contact us with their assessment whether it be repair or replace. This depends on use, quality of cricket balls used and age of bat. We stand by their decision as being final whether it be free of repair, replacement (same or greater in value) or charging for services.
Please note: myCLUB garments are bespoke items with printed and/or embroidered badges/logos, and cannot be returned for exchange or refund. If you are unsure of sizing for any garment, please ask a member of staff.
Please note that due to changes in manufacturers’ specifications from time to time designs, colours and colour trims may vary slightly from those displayed online.
Shipping And Handling
Normal delivery times are between 7.30am and 6.00pm Mon - Fri local time. All UK mainland deliveries are charged at £2.95 per order for up to 15kg on a 2-3 day service. Royal Mail Special Delivery is available priced at £4.95. Deliveries to Ireland are £18.00, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly are £13.00 and The Channel Islands such as Jersey and Guernsey, £4.95 per order, also up to 15kg weight. Saturday deliveries within mainland UK are available at an additional cost of £15.00 per order. All of our services require a signature upon delivery please.
Items may take up to 14 days from despatch due to postal delays.
If items have not arrived after 14 days of despatch we then notify Royal Mail to forward a claim and on the buyer's request refund or forward a replacement Next Day Delivery.
For orders outside of the above zones we will always advise you of any additional shipping costs, depending on your destination and carrier to be used, before we process your order or collect any payment. Please be assured that we do not charge your card in "real time" but only when your order is dispatched. Where items may be out of stock we will do our utmost to get them to you as soon as possible.
NB... please note that due to several security issues and rising delivery costs, plus receipt and customs problems experienced, we only able to accept orders from and ship to the UK Mainland, Highlands and Islands of Scotland, IOW, IOM, Isles of Scilly, BFPO, Northern Ireland, Ireland, The Channel Islands, Mainland Europe, USA/Canada and Australasia.
Please also note that for orders placed from outside of the UK we are only able to ship goods to the invoice/card registered address.... apologies for any disappointment or inconvenience this causes.
We acknowledge receipt of all orders via personal email within a few working hours of receipt and do not use auto-respond email.
We aim to dispatch orders within 4-5 working days of receipt (exc Sat - Sun & Bank Holidays). We will always advise you of any possible further delays when acknowledging receipt of your order. Can we ask for your patience please, during our busiest times of the year, usually from mid-January to July inclusive and around Christmas/New Year time, when we may take between 10-14 working days to dispatch your order .... please try and order early for Christmas and in pre-season to avoid any undue disappointment.
UK mainland deliveries are made using Business Mail or other Courier (delivered next weekday after dispatch) Smaller items may be sent Royal Mail First Class Signed For Service to help shorten our order to delivery lead times and require a signature upon delivery please.
If you are not normally at home during the day we will happily deliver to a neighbour or your place of work etc, which you can specify with your order by putting a note in the special delivery instructions box or by selecting the delivery to other than your invoice/card address option at the checkout stage..... please note for both your and our security all parcels must be signed for on delivery.
Saturday UK deliveries are available at a cost of sending gloves, shoes and products up to 1kg per order delivery is £9.95 for cricket bats it is £19.95 (Courier) in Europe. For USA/ Canada and Australasia orders do take a little longer for prices for items with permitted dimensions prices are £14.95 for cricket bats £39.95 (Courier)
Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to the card billing name and address.
In the event that your item(s) is temporarily out of stock, we will back order it for you. You will be given the option of a similar alternative product or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait. If we forward your order in part(s) you will not be charged for any subsequent deliveries made in completing your order in full, except in the case of pre-order lines with delayed / forward availability dates, as published above the "add to basket" buttons in our online store.
We guarantee your total satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee (extended for special dispensation over the Christmas/New Year period). This is providing that the item has not been used and is returned as new in its original packaging and excludes any postage costs incurred, which are your responsibility.
Please note that postage costs are refundable and our responsibility is only in relation to any goods that have been incorrectly dispatched by us or found to be faulty at the time of delivery to you.

We offer a very fair returns policy, should your goods not be the correct size or colour.
